So what has college been like for Hannah so far?

Well, for one thing, my habit of running full speed into people in an attempt to knock them over has finally paid off: I’ve joined the Women’s Rugby Team. Yeah, that’s right. Three times a week, I go to practice and get the shit beat out of me. And I LOVE it.

I’ve made lots of new friends for one reason, really. I have a very amazing purple satin comforter that people cannot resist. Once they sit, they simply can’t get back up. Kind of like fly paper. Only less fatal.

Come sit on my bed.

Shopping for courses has been stressful but helpful. The autobiography seminar that I really wanted to take was cancelled last minute because the professor is in ill health. Which is absurdly devastating. I really wanted to take it, and I feel terrible for the professor, who I liked a lot. But I’m making due with a theoretical physics core about Time and an amazing course on the Cuban Revolution. Plus, I’m learning Portuguese. Pretty soon, I’ll be able to communicate with the great aunts at Thanksgiving dinner. (Que bom!)

I love Cambrigde, I love Boston, I love how being an art connoisseur is the same a being a pedestrian here.

I love being a pedestrian here.

Anyhow, practice is at four-thirty, I have to go buy a mouth guard. Catch you later…

Come sit on my bed.

So, if I sit on Hannah's bed wearing a guy's shirt with a skirt, I'll be in peril?

Well, depends on what you consider peril.

Mihiri and I have started a bit of a habit of giving make-overs to people who wander in (ie: Ben's roommate). Beware: if you come in as one gender, you just may leave as another.

It's a beautiful, beautiful thing.
