Meditations in the Unfinished Furniture Megamart
Dear y'all,
Today, I perused the unfinished furniture store. As it turns out "unfinished" means no polish, not missing legs and stuff. It smelled really great in there, all that good pine and other wooden materials.
Anyhow, I was playing with the claspy thing on the door of an entertainment center and got to thinking about you all. I didn't think about anything in particular. It was more of this collage of faces with a good feeling underneath.
So I continued shopping for furniture I did not intend to buy, and came upon a maroon futon. I sat on it and thought about life and you guys.
Has anyone read A Wind in the Door by Madeleine L'Engle?
Anyhow, if you have, I am Naming you all.
Ben, Nina, Olga, Julia, Sophie, Alejandro, Stacey, Minyang, Andrew, Robin, Tess, Jordan, Kimberly, Ashley, Paul, Jenna, Hannah, Luukas, Jen, Teddy, Bryon, Conan, Urvesh, Matt, Drew, Yi Wen, Mikey, David, Layusa, Jessica, Jimbo, Katie, Alexandra
We are three cosmic lines of perpetual happiness.
If you ever forget your name, gimme a call and I'll tell you.

The only place I've ever been called Mikey is on my NY-Times log-in. Thanks a bundle. "Wrinkle" made me shiver and then contemplate my ontos (I forget how old I was when I read it, but it was definately before the Golden Compass in 5th grade--maybe 4th?) I'm with Ashley on the re-reading bit.
